The important bit: Ethics, safeguarding and complaints

At Helia Collaborative, we are committed to acting with integrity, accountability and respect in everything we do.

We encourage anyone connected to our work, including staff, volunteers, partners, consultants, donors or board members, to raise concerns if they experience or observe:

  • misconduct or unethical behaviour

  • fraud or financial wrongdoing

  • abuse of power or conflicts of interest

  • harassment, discrimination or safeguarding concerns

  • breaches of our Code of Conduct

Raising a concern

Concerns can be shared confidentially by email at:
complaints@heliacollaborative.org  or via the contact us webform.

Reports may also be submitted anonymously. If you choose to remain anonymous, please provide enough information to allow us to review the matter appropriately.

We take all concerns seriously. Reports are handled fairly, discreetly and without retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith.

Governance & protection

Helia maintains a Complaints & Whilstleblowing Policy that sets out how concerns, including Whistleblowing, are reviewed and addressed. Individuals who report concerns in good faith will be protected from disadvantage or unfair treatment.
